Genna is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She started taking yoga with her mom at the end of high school and was instantly hooked. She loves that yoga is not only a physical practice but a spiritual and emotional experience as well. Yoga has allowed her to find inner peace, calmness, and changed her overall way of thinking. Genna hopes to spread to others what she has been so lucky to learn. Through vinyasa flow and controlled breathing she will share with you the light and positivity yoga brings!
