Focus: Easter Fun

10 ea Candlestick Roll, 20/14#

10 ea Synchro Box Step Ups, 20"

10 ea Squat Toss (over bar)

10 ea Russian Twist

400 meter Run

*5 Burpee penalty for dropped ball

Each movement is done with partner (each partner performing 10 reps). With each rep the ball is passed back and forth between partners maintaining control of the ball. If control is lost, there is a 5 Burpee penalty. Mixed teams must decide on Med Ball weight.
